About This Position

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful associate to support the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) within Wealth Management Operations. In this role, you'll balance executive support with operational and analytical responsibilities. You'll work closely with leadership, manage cross-functional projects, and help drive strategic initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide executive support through agendas, meeting notes, and presentations.
• Act as liaison between CAO and internal / external stakeholders.
• Track deliverables and support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and progress of cross-functional projects.
