PSA Engineer – Network Transmission - EMS / SCADA

Essential Skills & Responsibilities :

Design, development, customization, and delivery of Energy Management Systems for Electric Power Utilities.

Proficient in Electric SCADA, Power DMS, and Transmission EMS implementations .

Strong expertise in C, Java, SQL / Oracle Database .

Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) using C++, Full Stack Java, or equivalent languages .

5+ years of experience with AEMS product design and development .

Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems .

Strong skills in SQL, shell scripting, log analysis, and debugging .

Experience in system configuration, patch installation, and third-party software integration (e.g., Oracle, NetApp).

Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub and ClearCase.

Proven ability to analyze, identify, and resolve complex system issues in real-time environments.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with experience in mission-critical systems.

Experience in installing fixes on live customer systems without disruption.

Desirable Skills :

5–8 years of relevant experience in Transmission EMS, SCADA, and Power Systems applications .

Prior experience working in real-time or mission-critical environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
