Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual counseling and emotional support to individuals, couples, and families
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and help members navigate care options
Document encounter summaries and collaborate with the Care Delivery team for continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Holds a Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
Registered or accredited with a recognized professional body
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counselling or psychotherapy
