Were seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our insurance agency team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll assist with policy changes, explain coverage, manage renewals and cancellations, support billing and payments, and ensure all client needs are met. This role also offers opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based bonuses.
