- Knowledge of adult outpatient rehabilitation
- Skills in cognitive assessment and community re-entry
- Experience with various patient diagnoses, including neurological and orthopedic conditions
Description :
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient setting.
The role involves working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Candidate must have minimum experience in outpatient therapy.
Experience with adaptive equipment and assessments for adult patients is essential.
The therapist will be responsible for conducting evaluations and developing plans of care.
Daily responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment sessions, and documentation.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills to educate and support patients and families.
The unit operates with interdisciplinary support, including physical therapy.
Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
Experience with charting systems is preferred.
