This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $88,000-$109,000 per year depending on experience , along with great benefits , including :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will oversee and optimize daily operations across our residential, commercial, and new construction divisions. Your primary focus will be on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams. As our Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with department leaders to enhance workflow, manage warehouse logistics, and uphold OSHA safety standards. Additionally, you will oversee union labor agreements and inventory management systems to support business objectives. Your ability to analyze processes and implement effective solutions will be essential to the company's success.

THE REQUREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management, ideally in plumbing, construction, or HVAC
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing department profitability
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, workplace safety, and union labor agreements
  • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, Service Titan, and Google Business Suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform all of the physical requirements of the job
  • Willingness to obtain a CCB and other relevant licenses
  • Plumbing knowledge is required
  • Must know plumbing code, materials, tools, and processes
  • WORK SCHEDULE

    This is a full-time, on-site role. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility as needed to ensure smooth operations.
