We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Internal Float Pool, working the night shift. This is an incredible opportunity for RNs looking to expand their skills and experience in a dynamic environment. You will be pivotal in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while floating among diverse units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU.

- Competitive pay : Base compensation ranges from $37.50 to $56.25 per hour, along with premium pay for shifts and on-call duties.

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)Work Hours : 36 hours per weekLocation : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215Your Role :
Provide comprehensive patient care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, implement, and evaluate care plans.Float between various units, adapting quickly to diverse workflows while delivering safe and effective patient care.Engage with patients and families, ensuring they are included in the care planning process.Identify and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.What We're Looking For :
A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience is preferred.Flexibility to meet exact scheduling requirements, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays per 6-week schedule.Qualifications :
