Support activities directly associated with Mercy’s network and environment

• Installation, troubleshooting, and configuring Cisco network hardware
• Add / delete Cisco network hardware
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and test dynamic routing protocols
• Collaboration with network and security teams
• Migrations and any outages
• Any Layer 3 upgrades
• Training and implementing best practice
