Mastercam Programmer

Annual Compensation range : $75,000 - $110,000

Location : South Phoenix, 3617 E La Salle St. Phoenix, AZ 85040 (On?site required)

Shift : Full time, exempt

Bonus : Eligible for Quarterly Bonus Program, up to $300 per quarter!

Note : Due to ITAR, all employees must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Develop new CNC programs based on engineering drawings and models
• Create standard work instructions to assist with the setup of new programs and existing programs
• Prior experience working with complex parts and designs
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Choose appropriate tooling for machining operations with correct cutting parameters
• Ability to create fixtures, part-holding and machining processes from customer supplied blueprints and models to program machine & make parts according to specification
• Ability to create in?process inspection to ensure quality
• Trouble shoot CNC programs and implement process improvements
• Work with engineering to overcome any issues with process or fixtures
• Edit and convert existing programs for different machines
• Develop and integrate programming techniques that will enhance process productivity and quality
