As a Senior Marketing Manager at Starbucks, you will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns and product strategies that drive demand, increase store traffic, and deepen customer love for the brand. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand and product go-to-market strategies and plans that impact how millions of customers experience our brand across 17,000+ U.S. retail stores. In this highly visible role, you will act as the marketing lead and internal spokesperson for cross-functional teams, guiding initiatives from concept through execution. You will define clear business and consumer objectives rooted in deep customer insights, and guide partners across the organization to bring new products and campaigns to life. Campaign and Program Leadership
- Own the strategic and operational planning for product launches and brand moments, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Brand Engagement, Menu, Operations, and Communications.
- Author consumer-obsessed briefs that inspire cross-functional teams and guide strategy with clarity and purpose.
- Optimize go-to-market strategies to drive traffic, increase trial, and build long-term brand equity.
- Define and validate business cases for key marketing and product initiatives, balancing customer needs with brand strategy and financial impact.
Cross-Functional Influence & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams and workstreams with agility, clarity, and purpose, driving alignment and accountability across diverse teams on behalf of the organization.Serve as the connective tissue across functions, championing the customer experience and ensuring seamless execution across touchpoints.Champion marketing recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership, influencing prioritization and investment decisions.Strategic Thinking & Business Impact

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product, or brand management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling and influence.Experience with media strategy, agency management, and budget oversight.Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Passion for customer-centric innovation and brand building, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA strongly preferred.As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
