Job description

Join Priority Care Rehab's skilled-nursing rotation this August, providing OT coverage in a warm, supportive facility dedicated to patient-centered rehab. We're seeking an energetic Occupational Therapist who can step in and deliver top-notch care for short-term or fill-in needs.

  • Deliver Continuity - Implement and update personalized OT plans to support residents' ADLs, fine motor skills, and daily routines.
  • Perform Evaluations & Treatments - Conduct assessments and hands-on therapy based on facility protocols.
  • Work with the Team - Coordinate with OTs on staff, as well as PTs, SLPs, nurses, and physicians, for consistent, holistic care.
  • Document Efficiently - Use the EMR to track progress, report changes, and ensure smooth handoffs.

  • Coverage Dates : August (to be determined)
  • Location : Middletown, NY 10940
  • Pay : Competitive, commensurate with experience
  • Weekly Direct Deposit
  • 1099 Independent Contractor

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program
  • NY State OT licensure (active, unrestricted)
  • Current CPR / BLS certification
  • Facility-based rehab experience preferred
