Self Storage Property Manager - Arrowhead Storage, Fredericksburg, TX

Arrowhead Storage is seeking a dependable professional who is motivated to reach and exceed goals and expectations through exceptional property management. A successful performer in this role will demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, problem solving skills, high energy, effective time management, motivation, high integrity, confidence, the ability to train and be trained, to lead and be led, and have prior retail, real estate, or self storage experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s License.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, real estate, or admin / accounting preferred.
• Lease-up experience or property management experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities Include :

Opening and closing the property on time.

Providing excellent customer service with customers on the phone and in person.

Cleaning and maintaining the property inside and out.

Reserving and renting self storage units.

Participating in weekly, monthly, and any scheduled team and company calls.

Learning and knowing the Texas Self Storage laws and necessary forms.

Ability to learn and navigate the Google Suite of programs and apps, property management software, and other various computer and technology- related programs.

Collecting self storage rent and basic accounting and cash handling capabilities.

Communicating with the supervisor on a regular basis regarding property needs and how to accomplish property goals.

Willingness to learn and stretch to achieve excellence.

Admin work including ordering materials, filling out applications, mailing and emailing forms.

Bookkeeping experience a plus.

Pay based on experience and ability to perform other functions for the company.
