A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement to oversee and manage quality improvement functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and daily QI functions
Review and analyze reports and confer with staff to gather necessary data for planning work activities
Ensure compliance with government program requirements and prepare reports for management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in quality improvement
Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Nursing background preferred
Certification in healthcare or quality improvement preferred
