Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone support for end users on hardware, software, and application issues
Evaluate user needs and coordinate with IS personnel to resolve issues
Maintain Help Desk software to track and direct trouble calls appropriately
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred
Experience in a technical support call center or customer service environment required
Two years' experience in a healthcare setting or related field preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating systems and software packages preferred
No specific certifications or licenses required
