Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education.
• Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action (RCCA), utilizing classic and advanced quality science tools to assess, communicate, and influence others in a concise, data driven manner.
• Previous Quality Assurance leadership experience in an active flight operations environment.
• Working knowledge and experience with Air-Vehicle MRO / U and DCMA INST 8210.1 Ground Operations Procedures; including but not limited to FOD / Tool Control, Control of Nonconforming material, Safety, Procedure compliance, and calibration.
• Working knowledge and experience with AS9110 - Quality Management Systems Requirements for Aviation Maintenance Organizations; including Audit Plan development and audit execution.
• Ability to build productive working relationships that facilitate collaboration and results-driven execution between LM and its external service providers.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication, and presentations at working and leadership levels.

Job Description

This position is for an Enterprise Sustainment Quality (ESQ) Associate Manager supporting Sustainment Operations - Capability Delivery System (CDS) execution model to deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) throughout the lifecycle of all products and services. The capabilities are organized into Capability Delivery and Operations Support Groups, Service Delivery Groups, Integration Offices, and Customer Support. The position will report to the Manager, ESQ – Processes, Reporting, and Standardization (PRS). ESQ-PRS is responsible for implementing the quality processes and tools to support these sustainment capabilities and ensuring the overall quality of all our products and services meet or exceeds customer-defined expectations, leading a quality focused culture, and driving continuous improvement.

The selected candidate will provide leadership to salary personnel through identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives in areas that support the Quality Organization's key performance measurements, vision, and strategy. Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. The salary information is a general guideline only.
