Charger Kids Club High School Aide

Charger Kids Club is always looking for motivated, responsible high school students to join our team as classroom aides! This is a great opportunity for students interested in gaining experience working with young children, learning from experienced adults, and building skills in teamwork and leadership.

Duties :

Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and routines

Support children during play, crafts, and group times

Help with basic classroom organization and cleanup

Model positive behavior and interactions with children

Provide general support where needed under adult supervision

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Current high school student (age 15+)

Interest in working with young children

Reliable, responsible, and able to follow directions

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Looking for students who want to work year-round, and are limited in activities

Schedule :

Flexible after-school hours, school breaks, and summer opportunities

Interested in the work program for before-school or after-school hours

Hours and days will vary based on school needs and student availability
