Compensation :

$300,000+ On Target Earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage high-value relationships with homeowners, builders, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth
  • Leverage company-provided leads and your own network to close new business and expand market share
  • Track and manage personal and team KPIs to ensure consistent performance and profitability
  • Lead engaging consultations that showcase B&B’s premium roofing and siding solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Represent B&B’s reputation for honesty, excellence, and professionalism in every interaction
  • Qualifications :

  • 2–3+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or account management (roofing, siding, windows, solar, or related field preferred)
  • Currently employed top performer generating $1.5M–$3M+ in annual sales with verifiable KPIs
  • Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Driven, competitive, and motivated by measurable success
  • Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
