- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce and other management systems to track and organize client interactions (if applicable).
- Proven experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or a related field.
- Strong skills in organization, communication, and customer service.
- Proficiency in data entry and managing administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to handle inbound calls and provide receptionist support with attention to detail.
- Experience in coordinating events and supporting marketing or sales projects.
