A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to assist in designing and administering compensation programs that align with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing a total compensation philosophy and framework, including base pay and incentives
Partner with stakeholders to implement and assess compensation programs and ensure alignment with business needs
Lead annual compensation processes and prepare materials for data-driven decision-making by leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
5 or more years of related experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
Certifications such as CCP, CEP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of global total compensation practices
Experience with compliance regulations related to compensation
