We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Engineering Development and Delivery (EDD) group at Salesforce, within our Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) organization. This is your chance to put your experience to work. Leveraging your experience with modern software engineering methodologies, knack for enabling people to do their best work, and desire to enable teams to accelerate the SDLC, you'll be empowering teams across the wider organization to rapidly achieve their strategic goals. What We Do :

• Engineering Development and Delivery is building a new multi-region, highly-available platform, on AWS, that will enable development teams to ship features reliably and quickly.
• Enable teams to leverage SDLC best practices including CI / CD, contract-first development, and testing paradigms by building tools and golden paths that lower the barrier to entry. Our customers are engineering teams - we take the time to understand their needs, see the forest through the trees, and build solutions that lift productivity across the organization.
• Develop an Experimentation engine that will enable data-driven decision making, improved product development, and increased innovation.
