- This position is open to qualified candidates in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DC, VA, DE, PA). This position will require traveling during roughly 80% of your working hours to visit referral sources and to develop new business for Ashley.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Outreach Representative drives patient census by building positive awareness of the organization and its programs. The Clinical Outreach Representative will foster collaborative relationships with like-minded organizations and guide patients and referents through the admission process with compassion. The Clinical Outreach Representative will collaborate with Intake and Care Coordinator departments to ensure highest quality wrap around care for referent led cases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements target market specific outreach plans including but not limited to face to face meetings, presentations, conference exhibition, and professional association involvementEducates the community and potential referents about programs and admission requirementsAligns with the admissions team to facilitate effective communication for referent-based inquiries and admissions; responds to calls from referents and the community to begin the admission inquiry process and / or increase the admission conversion rateAligns with Patient Care Coordinators and Clinical staff to provide well vetted aftercare resource recommendationsMaintains relationships with aftercare providers to ensure positive patient outcomesUses CRM to document activity and CRM Data to inform decisionsIn addition to role responsibilities, each staff member of Ashley, Inc. has the following responsibilities as a part of their employment :

Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related required; Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred2 years’ experience in healthcare, sales, or marketing environment preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate and work well in a team environmentPossesses Analytical and Critical Thinking skillsKnowledge of SUD, Mental Health Disorders and Behavioral Health Disorders and their treatments preferred
