ProSidian seeks a Senior Contractor Assurance Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC (Full-Time) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford. Preferred candidates present with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal) - SCA Code : N / A. This position is located in the CONUS - Northwest Region.
Senior Contractor Assurance Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFQ FY22-SB13 WTP Support R1 Amendment 1 Swim Lanes and statement of work (SOW) while maintaining required qualifications with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal). ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's : 1) work as part of the Engagement Team Cadre to provide Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) support services as part of general support services for The US Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL) and Office of River Protection (ORP) and the DOE Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP).
1. Develop and maintain a reporting database of the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP).
2. Review / Analyze Contractor Performance Reporting (CPR) data.
3. Interface between DOE-ORP and its business partners and contractors.

Qualifications
The Senior Contractor Assurance Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
1. Education BS / BA degree in engineering, science, or business management.
2. Experience Nine (9) years of directly applicable experience in providing technical or business support to management on projects.
3. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to analyze Project baseline, monthly reporting data and proposed baseline changes and trends.
4. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform ability to visualize, analyze and convert current performance challenges into accurate future projections that can be confidently used to initiate productive dialogue with Contractor aimed at establishing effective mitigation actions.
5. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to exhibit exceptional knowledge of Excel and high-end Excel features, including functions and pivot tables.
6. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to exhibit combined depth of knowledge in the field of project controls, action tracking.
7. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to exhibit capacity for independently developing strong, transparent and trusting working relationships with Hanford Site business partners.
8. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform ability to visualize, analyze and convert current performance challenges into accurate future projections that can be confidently used to initiate productive dialogue with Contractor aimed at establishing effective mitigation actions.
9. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to exhibit ability to support Hanford programs and project status, baseline, key challenges, change control process and procedures, scope and critical milestones.
10. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to exhibit ability to support Hanford Program project controls analysis; support baseline-integrity / vulnerability assessment analysis and mitigation; support change proposal review and analysis; support unplanned and improvised project controls; support critical external oversight events; assessment and surveillance support; review invoice evaluations.
11. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform WTP configurations and vernaculars.
12. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
13. Skilled in problem identification and resolution.
14. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform under Hanford or other government agency procedures.
15. Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.
16. Fully vaccinated against COVID, a granted exception to vaccination for COVID, or able to meet entry and testing requirements for entrance and work in federal buildings.
Experiences and competencies related to Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) focused on designing, constructing and commissioning to process and stabilize much of the millions of gallons of radioactive and chemical waste currently stored at the Hanford Site.
TRAVEL : Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION : Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area
