Position : Project Manager Merger Project

Location : On-site, Denver, CO

Duration : Long-term / Contract

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for the client based out in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a critical hire for the program the selected individual will play a key role in setting direction, structure, and processes for the project and supporting ongoing growth and alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for a major merger integration effort.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate across business, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates and escalation support.
• Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, and best practices for future initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between client and partner organizations involved in the merger effort.
