Day in the Life of a Food Nutrition Lead :

Works as a team member of Food & Nutrition Services. Assists leadership in supervising and leading Food & Nutrition Services operations.

Here is what you will be doing :

ROLE SPECIFIC DUTIES

CATERING : Leads a team of employees during on-site and off-site catered events. Collaborates with catering clients leading up to and during events. Receives and processes catering orders as needed. Determines needs and delegates tasks as identified by catering software.
