Job Title : Equipment Asset Manager

Location : Houston, TX

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Asset Manager to oversee and manage our equipment in Houston. This role involves tracking equipment, managing its use and location, and preparing an up / down list to ensure effective utilization and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities :

• Track and manage equipment use and location daily.
• Shift equipment as needed for optimal utilization.
• Use platforms like Samsara, Manager’s Plus, and Excel for equipment management.
• Maintain accurate records of all equipment.
• Up List : Equipment that is operational and available for use.
• Down List : Equipment that is non-operational and needs attention.

Physical Demands / Work Environment : While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The work environment involves exposure to hazards, risks, or discomforts typical of working with or around machinery with exposed moving parts, errant chemicals, and heavy equipment. Additionally, there is exposure to disagreeable weather conditions and extreme levels of temperature, ventilation, lighting, and noise.
