Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Foundation Modeling. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models for ad ranking and recommendation systems Build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling to enhance engagement predictions Monitor model performance and ensure quality by calibrating predictions and addressing data drift Required Qualifications Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale Ads delivery and optimization systems 3+ years of experience with CTR / CVR systems or behavior modeling Significant experience in programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or C++ Knowledge of metric design, experimentation methodologies, and large-scale data analysis
