Department : Sterile Processing AIP

FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Join our Team : As a Nights Sterile Processing Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team excels in maintaining the highest standards in sterile processing. You will lead by example, support your colleagues, and help to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Mentor and coach team members, monitoring their performance and promoting productivity and quality management.
  • Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflows, and facilitate effective decision-making to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Engage in hands-on responsibilities, providing guidance on complex or novel situations to ensure seamless operations.

Skills Required : You will need critical thinking abilities, sound judgement, and the capability to work independently in high-pressure situations.

Requirements :

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Certification as a CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician).
  • At least 2 years of sterile processing experience.
