Job descriptionMeet membership sales goals. Attend all Membership Training / webinars. Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff. Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa. Manage spa sales performance. Detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships. Capable of working flexible hours. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Bring a positive and energetic attitude. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents. Perform various other duties as assigned. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in St.Petersburg, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers\' experience in our Spa is nothing other than outstanding
