LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

An international AmLaw 50 -ranked law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment (L&E) Associate Attorney to join their thriving Washington, DC office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters for a diverse, high-profile client base.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in the District of Columbia , in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience in L&E law / litigation matters .
• Litigation Experience : Drafting pleadings , managing discovery , negotiating with opposing counsel , and arguing motions in court.
• Demonstrated experience leading case management , with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Soft Skills : Strong research, writing, analysis, communication, and advocacy skills are essential, as well as a meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $260,000-$365,000 annually, as determined by experience and market factors.
