Job Summary :
The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs & Development, Campus Integration . This senior leadership role within the College of Medicine is responsible for advancing innovative, high-quality educational programs that connect and unify all College of Medicine campuses. The role also plays a pivotal part in enhancing the academic and professional development of faculty, medical students, residents, and fellows through strategic support and programming across all campuses.
This position offers the opportunity to lead integrated systems that support faculty development, promote collaboration across regional campuses, and strengthen the College’s educational mission.
The Assistant Dean will concurrently serve as Division Chief of Academic Medical Education (AME) and report directly to the Associate Dean for Faculty Development, with a 0.5 FTE administrative commitment. Remaining 0.5 FTE will be determined based on candidate’s interests and qualifications.
