Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina.
This position will support programs and projects associated with business unit risk management within our Enterprise Digital organization. This position is responsible for analysis of business processes at the highest level of complexity while assessing a wide scope of factors affecting risk and control environments across Enterprise Digital. Evaluates current practices, collects information, and creates specifications to support business initiatives, and develops and implements process improvements, as applicable. Participates in special projects and may provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
Responsibilities
Business Process Management and Control Documentation, including process and control inventory management.
Following-up on risk appetite and KI breaches, and / or other risk reporting anomalies. Executing upon issue mitigation plans
Entering issues into Archer and maintaining regular updates per Enterprise Technology & Operations' Governance, Risk & Compliance and Operational Risk Management requirements, with advisory support from the Digital Business Risk & Controls Advisory team on evidence collection, root cause analysis, issue rating, mitigation plan development, etc.
Serving as business continuity plan owners, administrators, or coordinators
Executing upon control testing and Risk & Control Self-Assessment feedback from the Digital Business Risk & Controls Advisory team
Business risk projects coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Business Process Management, Control Documentation, and / or RCSA.
Experience with Issue Management and / Business Risk Reporting.
Experience working in Archer.
Experience with working with leadership in developing Business Continuity Planning.
Experience partnering with Business Risk & Control Advisory teams.
Experience with coordinating Business Risk Projects.
Experience acting as a Data Steward.
