You’ll be the voice of the dealership, connecting with new and returning customers via phone, text, and email. Your goal : drive traffic to the showroom and keep our sales pipeline full. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential.What You’ll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to leads and inquiries
Send 60+ emails and 60+ texts daily to follow up and confirm appointments
Schedule and confirm customer appointments for test rides and consultations
Maintain 100% follow-up on all sold bikes
Log every interaction and activity in our CRM (VinSolutions)
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs
Stay certified on Harley-Davidson models through HDU (Harley-Davidson University)
Submit daily checklists and participate in weekly phone training

What We’re Looking For

Strong verbal and written communicator with hustle

CRM experience preferred (but not required - we’ll train you)

High attention to detail and accountability

Experience in call center, BDC, or automotive / motorcycle sales a plus

Passion for Harley-Davidson and its culture is a major plus

Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based team

Pay & Perks

Base Pay : $18 / Hour (approximately $3,120 / month target pay)

Commission : Tiered plan based on appointments shown and units sold

Earning Potential : $60K–$80K+ annually for top performersBenefits
