Responsibilities :

  • Perform and evaluate daily maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Identify and report unusual issues to the Lead Mechanic that may impact schedules or flight readiness.
  • Oversee field base maintenance operations, ensuring safety, security, and compliance.
  • Prepare, certify, and maintain maintenance reports, logs, and inspection records per FAA and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory control using RAMCO.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and other key stakeholders for efficient task completion.
  • Manage parts inventory levels and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure company tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings .
  • Minimum of 2 years of certified aircraft maintenance experience .
  • Strong communication and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to pass physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
  • For Roving Maintenance Team roles : experience with sheet metal repair and / or avionics troubleshooting .
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts as required.
