Your Opportunity :

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Wide Format Press Operator to join our team.

Position Summary :

Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, within quality guidelines, and in a timely fashion. This position includes operation of Wide Format Press equipment , printing on large-scale substrates such as vinyl, fabric, foam board, and other specialty materials used in signage, displays, and promotional graphics.

The operator ensures accurate color matching, material handling, and finishing processes specific to wide format production. This role requires knowledge of standard practices and procedures within the wide format graphics field.

Your Responsibilities :

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily / weekly / monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output
• Prepare ink settings for proper color and consistency
• Check paper or material type, size, color, and quantity
• Visually inspect printed products throughout the run for quality
• Coordinate with the production team to prioritize and adjust jobs as needed
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements and equipment operation standards
• Operate finishing equipment such as laminators, cutters, and trimmers used in wide format production
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts
