Job descriptionMust be bilingual Prefer retail experience Ppen availability. Under general supervision, responsible selling frames at assigned retail stores. Sell frames and our licensed products in retail store locations as assigned. Increase sales revenues by providing product expertise and quality customer service in a proactive, professional manner. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store management and associates to maximize problem resolution and compliance support. Work in partnership with the store management team, Merchandiser and Account Executive to ensure brand initiatives meet the established expectations, guidelines, and necessary adaptations specific to the region or market. Perform markdowns and RTV's when required. Report directly to Account Executive and communicate actions, issues and results on a regular basis. Perform all other functions as required. Two to four years' Customer Service or Account Services experience or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues Two years customer service experience in an office / retail environment Knowledge of eyewear industry or experience in fashion accessory field is required Ability to work with the general public in a retail environment Ability to elevate the perception of our brands and our company Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask

- Tuesday : 10AM-8PM
- Wednesday : 10AM-8PM
- Thursday : 10AM-8PM
- Friday : 10AM-9PM
- Saturday : 10AM-9PM
- Sunday : 11AM-6PM
