Schedule 07 : 00 - 19 : 30 Job Description The LTAC / Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. This role demands the demonstration of critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care. Responsibilities Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available. Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 to 5 years of nursing experience required. Must have ACLS & BLS certifications through the American Heart Association. Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care is required.
