Responsibilities :
Coordinating, developing and delivering training programs for associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. This position will identify and address training gaps within the organization. This involves assessing training needs, designing and developing training materials, coordinating and facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. It will require maintaining associate's records in internal databases and provide visibility for main stakeholders. Will ensure a successful end to end experience for learners.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering training programs within the organization
- May lead, guide and train associates in a variety of topics to support our organizational goals.
- Prepare training materials and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback and make improvements as necessary.
- Be an ambassador of our in-house learning portals, internal and external courses by implementing innovative ideas to increase learning engagement.
- Responsible for the onboarding process; plan, schedule, deliver program to welcome new talent. Be a culture ambassador and implement process improvements to offer a positive onboarding experience for our associates.
- Support with data entry in various platforms, assigning trainings, maintaining documentation, including training logs, sign in sheets, and electronic signatures to verify training completion.
- Analyze learning data to ensure all associates attend the required trainings. Provide visibility across the organization to main stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing internal communication for Training and Development initiatives, ensuring it is visible through platforms, screen updates and internal channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Providing high-level customer service to all associates, vendors and visitors
- Manage the purchasing process by coordinating services with internal and external partners, order materials, request new vendor information and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Manage internal inventory of program materials
- Keep sensitive information confidential
- Other duties assigned by the Direct Manager
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Associate degree in Human Relations, Education or related fieldPrevious experience in training coordinator or similar roles is preferredStrong organizational skills, proficiency in training software and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentA combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substitute.Extremely organizedSense of urgencyProven ability to handle multiple tasksSelf-starter and ability to work on own initiative or with a teamExcellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skillsAbility to interact with associates at all levels of the organizationExcellent computer skills and proficiency with data entry with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint)Knowledge in Cornerstone, Oracle, Alchemy and / or other software highly preferredTypically works in an office environment but may be required to travel to different locations for training sessions.The role may involve occasional early mornings or late evenings when necessary, with minimum advanced noticeMaintains confidentiality, professionalism and a positive work environmentBilingual PreferredBarcel USA takes pride in our people-centric culture - We Value the Person is our Core Belief.
