Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and grow our sales, marketing, and customer-service efforts.

YOUR ROLE AS OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

As our Director, you will find a blend of strategy, leadership, and hands-on management. This is a fully remote position with no regular in-office expectations. We are happy to provide office space at one of our 41 locations if you prefer, but we strongly prefer this candidate to live near one of our branches.

Your primary mission is to ensure Naturescape's continued growth and outstanding customer experience. You are ultimately responsible for the performance of all sales, customer service, and marketing efforts across the company.

You will lead, mentor, and unify a diverse team by directly supervising our :

  • Sales Manager
  • Customer Service Manager
  • Marketing Specialist
  • Administrative Manager
  • HQ Support SSR Manager

    • Day-to-day, your core responsibilities will include :

  • Strategic Contribution : Analyzing performance data to identify trends and ensure we meet our goals. You will participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the direction of the company.
  • Team & Process Development : Assisting with the development and refinement of sales and customer service training materials, processes, and policies to ensure your teams have the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Marketing & Brand Strategy : Taking a strategic lead in marketing, guiding our Marketing Specialist to create effective advertising efforts and maintain a strong, consistent brand.
  • Operational Oversight : Supervising key administrative and support processes, including the management of literature inventory, sales and marketing-related winter work, and the administrative aspects of marketing materials.
  • Customer Focus : Leading by example to uphold our high standards, managing and supervising the handling of customer property damage, providing final approval for discounts, and ensuring we create loyal, returning customers.
