Custodian / Janitor Position

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a leading federal contractor, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian / Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across campus buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience with routine cleaning tasks and be committed to providing a safe and professional environment for staff and visitors. This position is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Position Responsibilities :

• Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, remove trash (indoor / outdoor), and sanitize water fountains and sinks.
• Vacuum offices, hallways, and common areas weekly.
• Clean windows, surfaces, and chair upholstery monthly.
• Shampoo carpets and deep-clean exercise mats and floors semi-annually.
• Respond to urgent clean-ups, such as spills or restroom overflows.
• Use proper cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
