Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry Level I for a travel nursing job in Chillicothe, Ohio.

We are looking for a highly capable telemetry nurse to analyze medical equipment measurements. In this role, your duties will include studying patient history, administering specialized treatment to critically ill patients, and keeping medical records. You will also be required to update family members on the medical condition of the patients.

To ensure success, telemetry nurses should demonstrate extensive experience in caring for critically ill patients and the ability to work in a highly demanding environment. Accomplished candidates expertly interpret medical technology data and provide their patients with dedicated care.

The Staff Nurse RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plans of care while creating an atmosphere that supports our mission : To care, To heal, To educate. The Staff Nurse RN, as the primary caregiver, provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient / family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.\n\nPlease note : Travelers may be asked to float to similar units or other locations. These locations include, Adena Greenfield, Adena Fayette and Adena Pike.\n\n\nThis is a critical need with no flexibility on the start date. Please confirm full availability prior to submission.
