Drive continuous improvement in usage metrics and manage Cisco U. renewals

Track results in the CRM and report key metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Experience in software presentation and customer engagement

Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Proficient in analyzing customer metrics for tailored interactions

Strong customer focus with an understanding of success stories and best practices

Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is preferred
