About The Role

The Accounts Receivable Assistant supports all accounting personnel to ensure accounting functions are completed for clients. The Accounts Receivable Assistant performs day-to-day scanning accounts receivable paper and submitting invoices to customers.



What You Will Do


Organizing and scanning all accounts receivable paper.
Handles invoice submissions via email, customer web portals, or via EDI transmission.
Others assignment by AR manger.


Knowledge and skills:


MS office Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting and/or business operations




Competencies


Ability to work independently and in a team environment




Communications


Good communication skills (oral and written) and a positive working attitude


What You Bring

Education


High School Graduation with some similar experience
Or associate degree with basic knowledge of Accounting or Business.


Experience


Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
