Now Hiring :

  • Registered Nurses (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
  • Personal Care Assistants (PCA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    • Position Details :

  • Provide one-on-one care to persons with disabilities in their home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, medical needs, and supportive care
  • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality of life
  • Flexible schedules available (full-time & part-time)

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Florida RN / LPN license or PCA certification (where applicable)
  • BLS & ACLS certifications required for RNs
  • Experience with disability care preferred (training available)
  • Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (for RNs)
  • Prior clinical or home health experience preferred
