What are we looking to add to our team

We areseekinga dedicated and detailed individual to join ourPeople to theHR Director you willplaya crucialpartin ensuring that HR functions run smoothlyourpeopleprogramsare effective and that every employee feels supported throughouttheir SeekOutjourney.

Thisis a hands-on role in astartup environment that blendsoperational excellence with a passion for building programsthat reflectSeekOutscore across teams to support everythingfromonboarding andbenefits tocomplianceengagementandcareer development.

This role is located in Bellevue with two in-office days each week.

What you will be doing :

  • Partner with HR Leadership on variouspeopleprograms includingcomp cycle planning / supportand benefit renewal cyclesincluding launching and closing each cycleand providing regular reporting during the program.
  • Front-linecoachingofemployees andmanagersinquiriesaround benefits hiringand policies.
  • Managethe full onboarding and offboarding experience ensuring every employees transition is seamless and human.
  • Build out and updatepoliciesmaintainNew Hire Orientation deck runannualOpen Enrollment process.
  • MaintainmultipleHR tools and thepointpersoncoveringdata confidentialityandmaintenanceofemployee records.
  • Run Engagement Surveys and partner with leaders on action items.
  • Partner with our HR Coordinator and Facilities Coordinator to support the employee experience
  • Partner with internal recruiters toassistwith coordinatinginterviewingand hiring.
  • Support employees with work authorization leavesof absencereturn-to-workandbenefitspoliciesgenerally.

You will be a great match if you have :

  • 3-5 years as an HRBP(progression from HRC and HRG preferred) start-up environmentpreferred
  • Hold aBachelorsdegree (SHRM-SCP / PHR preferred).
  • 3yearsHRIS experience& other tools (Bonus points for the following tools : RipplingLatticeGreenhouseorTilt)
  • Arean active listener who surfaces insights and considers context and impact.
  • Bring creative scrappy problem-solving to ambiguous challenges.
  • Demonstrate high EQ empathy and thoughtful employee support.
  • Are resilient deliver on commitments and set clear expectations.
  • Understand HR metrics and can draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Havestrongknowledge of employment laws HR policies and best practices.

    Base Salary Hiring Range : $115000 - $125000 annually
