Job descriptionResponsible for maintaining building facilities in excellent GMP conditions and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Batch Record instructions. Maintain best service by managing contractor's service contracts including but not limited to : pest control, landscaping, waste management, uniforms, facilities cleaning, car fleet, etc. Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Close and file completed work orders on monthly basis. Liaison for problem solving with both management and service providers. Evaluates inventories and request material, etc. in order to effectively carry out the department's function Requires a high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
