Established (35+ years) Premier Plaintiff Firm Seeking Tech-Savvy Paralegal in Freehold, NJ

An established plaintiff medical malpractice firm based in Freehold, NJ with over 35 years in practice is seeking a Paralegal with 2-5 years of plaintiff litigation experience to join their team in-office with one day remote flexibility. This firm is nationally recognized as an expert in electronic health records and cutting-edge AI tools, with leadership known in the artificial intelligence field. The team operates fully paperless, utilizing advanced platforms such as NEOS, and a proprietary AI platform . Turnover is very low, and the firm is known for its collaborative culture and long-term stability.

Offer :

Salary range : $70,000-$100,000+ depending on experience

Qualifications :

2-5 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on plaintiff litigation (medical malpractice experience preferred but not required)

Plaintiff experience required; familiarity with PI litigation case flow strongly preferred

Strong technical proficiency; comfort using multiple digital platforms and AI-based tools

Very diligent, careful, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Paralegal certificate or relevant degree; a background in technology is a plus

Corporate law experience is a plus

Not worker's comp focused

Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys in managing complex plaintiff medical malpractice cases, ensuring deadlines and case flow are carefully maintained

Review, organize, and summarize medical and case records using advanced software tools

Assist in drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation documents

Coordinate with experts, clients, and witnesses throughout the litigation process

Maintain accurate and well-organized digital case files in NEOS and other platforms

Support trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists

Provide client-facing support with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
