Pay : $73,372-$82,212 yearly average

CPM : $0.70-$0.80 (based on experience)

Weekly Pay : $1,450-$1,581 (guaranteed $1,500 through August startup phase)

Bonuses :

Up to 3% safety & on-time delivery bonus

$1,000 winter mountain driving bonus (Nov-Mar)

$17 stop pay (average 13 stops per week)

Miles : ~1,700 weekly (consistent freight)

Home Time :

Local (50 miles of Aurora, CO) : Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods

Regional (100 miles of Aurora, CO) : Home weekly with multiple opportunities to pass by the house

Hiring Area : Within 100 miles of Aurora, CO

Experience : CDL-A with 3+ months experience required
