Title : Guest Hospitality Team Member

Reports To : Director of Guest Hospitality
Status : Full time / Non-Exempt
SUMMARY :
The Guest Hospitality Team Member is responsible for working with the Guest Hospitality team to ensure all polices, processes, and procedures related to KARM safety, guest hospitality and security are accurately and efficiently carried out at their assigned duty location. This person takes responsibility for the overwhelming Biblical hospitality in all aspects of what we do. The Guest Hospitality Team Member works independently and alongside other staff members to carry out and create a welcoming and safe environment for our guests, staff and visitors. This person also performs necessary tasks to maintain, clean, and improve KARM facilities.
DUTIES :
- Maintain daily and periodic checklists and standards for essential safety duties
- Exhibit overwhelming biblical hospitality in all aspects of service, ensuring a positive experience for guests, volunteers, and staff.
- Coordinates with other Guest Hospitality Team Members, and the Director of Guest Hospitality to assist with ensuring all safety and security policies, processes, and procedures are carried out.
- Coordinate work processes and initiatives with other departments as needed
- Partner with facilities team to keep assigned KARM campuses free of debris and litter
- Perform regular rounds to ensure guests are always safe and feel secure
- Exhibit a caring Christian lifestyle to all guests, staff and volunteers
- Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and report to supervising personnel.
- Complete incident reports as appropriate
- Respond to facility emergencies as needed, including after hours
- Perform other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS :

Light industrial settingField based with occasional travel to other KARM facilitiesHazards associated with hands-on safety tasksPushing, pulling, and lifting equipment weighing up to 120 poundsPushing / pulling as much as 300 pounds on a flat cartWalking or standing for long periods of time; bending, stooping, crouching, climbing as neededVarious environmental conditions (cold, hot, dusty, wet, and possible exposure to blood borne pathogens)Occasional required attendance at KARM special events
