A company is looking for an Estimation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and reschedule customers, prioritizing those identified by Lowe's
Act as the primary contact for estimator concerns and monitor job updates
Manage daily tasks in IMS and SPOT, ensuring effective communication with management and estimators
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, with one to two years of related experience in customer service management
Basic mathematical skills for algebraic and geometric calculations
Proficiency in computer software including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle standardized problems
Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule with a weekday off
