Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced licensed clinician to join our group practice as a W2 employee. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to our team. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, while supporting the mission and values of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services, including intake assessments, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Participate in monthly CE / professional development activities and team meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in the electronic health record system.
- Support clients in navigating insurance benefits, treatment planning, and referrals as needed.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent).Minimum of 23 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload.Familiarity with insurance billing, credentialing, and documentation standards.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.Commitment to ongoing professional growth and adherence to ethical standards.Compensation & Benefits
